I was learning to summarise a fiction story.  I know that I can tell the important information if I think about who, when, where, what and why.  It was tricky for me to think of all the information in my own words.

We are learning about multiplication. We learnt that we can do skip counting to make our counting faster. We know how to count in 2s, 5s and 10s.

I was learning to make a word plan topic and 3 or 4 ideas.

I learnt that I can use a word plan to  help me with my writing.

I was learning about non-fiction texts.  Now I know a sub-heading is a mini title in a non-fiction books.  I have also learnt that it has photographs, a contents page and an index to help me find information.

I have been learning about statistics.  I made bar graphs, pictographs, a pie graph and tally charts.  
We know about the steps for statistics.
